:: checking in week 3 day 1::

so, i'm running today.  it's going to be hard.  i've had some issues that have sidelined me for a few days, but i'm ready to get back to it.  week 3 is:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following:

  • Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)

  • Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)

  • Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)

  • Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)


i'm not sure how i'm going to jog for 3 minutes, but we shall see.

i'll let you know how it goes.
