Christmas At Our House

I'm sad we didn't get snow last night like some people did. Oh well, maybe today...

Here are some pictures I promised a few days ago that I'm just now getting time to post. Christmas is in full swing over here - just finishing up my online shopping, getting the last of the decorations up, and explaining a lot to Aidan. Looking at things from his point of view, Christmas is a very weird holiday. It sounded ridiculous when Grandma explained to Aidan that we planned to find a tree, cut it down, and put it in our house. He looked at her like she was a crazy person. I'm a little jealous. I wish I could be a kid again at Christmastime. All the wonder and excitement. Not having to worry about buying presents or making dinner or getting the house clean for company. sigh... I can live vicariously through my kids, I guess. It is so fun to watch him learn and experience new things. Once the tree was up and decorated in our living room, he just stared and stared. He's pretty good about not touching, thank goodness! delia doesn't even know what's going on. Anyway, here are the photos:
